SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. ("Ad Lunam," "we," "us") through our Ad Lunam Operations Alerts program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Ad Lunam Operations Alerts is a transactional SMS notification program for authorized B2B clients, client representatives, and Ad Lunam personnel. Messages may include system status alerts, scheduled maintenance notices, security incident notifications, account-related updates, and other operational notices related to software services we develop or manage on behalf of clients.

This program is not a marketing or promotional messaging program. We do not send bulk advertising messages through this program.

Message Sender

Messages are sent by Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. Messages come only from Ad Lunam. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties, and third parties do not use our program to message you.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational events and is not on a fixed schedule. You may receive few or no messages during quiet periods and more messages during incidents, maintenance windows, or active service events.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Ad Lunam does not charge recipients for SMS alerts beyond any carrier fees that may apply to you.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on our SMS signup form and submitting your mobile number.
• Checking the SMS consent box on our contact form when providing a phone number.
• Replying START or another keyword we provide during authorized client or employee onboarding, where applicable.
• Providing documented consent during a signed client agreement or onboarding process.

Opt-in must be explicit. We do not assume consent solely because you provided a phone number unless you separately check the consent box or otherwise affirmatively agree to receive SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending SMS alerts to that number, except where a message is required for an individual response you requested or required by law.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers and Ad Lunam are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy

Personal information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
