SMS Notifications

Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. operates an SMS notification program called Ad Lunam Operations Alerts for authorized B2B clients and internal personnel. If you opt in, we use your mobile phone number to send transactional service notifications such as system status alerts, scheduled maintenance notices, security incident notifications, and account-related updates for software services we develop or manage.

We retain SMS opt-in records while your service relationship is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and record-keeping purposes. See also SMS Terms.

Data Sharing

  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (844) 624-4263.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@adlunamtechnologies.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Cookies

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Our contact form and SMS signup form use a session cookie to support CSRF protection. That cookie is used only for form security.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years unless a longer period is required for business records, legal compliance, or an active customer relationship. SMS consent records are retained as described above.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website, email, hosting, telecommunications, or business systems, but only as needed for legitimate business operations such as delivering messages, hosting, or support. CCPA Rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and request information about disclosures. We do not sell personal information.
